Terms of service

Last updated: 30 October 2026. By subscribing to or using HILLSIGHT, your team accepts these terms.

1. The service

HILLSIGHT is operated by Lucien Goujon, sole trader (micro-entrepreneur) registered in France, SIRET [to be completed], contact support@hillsight.eu. It turns your Call of Duty scrim recordings into statistics shown in a private team dashboard. Hardpoint on Modern Warfare 4 is supported for now. The service is in early access and evolves regularly.

2. Accounts and seats

Each team has one or more admins who manage its members, within the number of seats of its plan. Members sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for who you give access to.

3. Plans and game time

4. Billing, renewal and cancellation

5. Your recordings

6. Accuracy

Statistics are extracted automatically from video. We work hard on their accuracy, but some values can be wrong or missing, especially with recordings that don't follow the recording guide. Tell us about any error and we'll look into it. HILLSIGHT is an analysis tool: decisions you take based on it remain yours.

7. Availability

We aim to have your statistics ready the same evening, but do not guarantee a processing time or uninterrupted availability, especially during early access.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts paid by your team over the last three months. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under the law.

9. Not affiliated

HILLSIGHT is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Activision. Call of Duty is a trademark of Activision Publishing, Inc.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will tell team admins by e-mail before any change that affects them. These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute can't be solved amicably by writing to support@hillsight.eu, French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights of consumers.
