Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026. This page explains what personal data HILLSIGHT collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

HILLSIGHT is operated by Lucien Goujon, sole trader (micro-entrepreneur) registered in France, SIRET [to be completed]. For any question about your data, write to support@hillsight.eu.

What we collect

• Early access requests: team name, chosen plan, in-game names, the contact you give us (Discord username, X handle or e-mail) and your message.
• Accounts: the e-mail address of the Google account you sign in with, and the e-mail addresses your team admin adds to the team.
• Recordings: the scrim videos you put in your team folder. They show in-game names and gameplay.
• Statistics: the match data we extract from your recordings (scores, hills, kills, in-game names).
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We receive your name, e-mail and subscription status, never your full card details.

Why we use it

• To reply to your request and set up your team (our legitimate interest in answering you, then the contract).
• To produce your statistics and show them in your private dashboard (the contract).
• To bill your subscription and keep accounting records (the contract and our legal obligations).

We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use your recordings or statistics for any other team.

Who processes it

• Google (Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Drive): sign-in, hosting, storage of recordings and statistics. Statistics are stored in the European Union.
• Stripe: payments.
• OVHcloud: domain name and e-mail forwarding.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU; they do so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

• Early access requests: 12 months if no account is created.
• Accounts, recordings and statistics: as long as your team has an active plan, then 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Invoices: 10 years, as required by French law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to support@hillsight.eu. We answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

We use no advertising or analytics cookies. Signing in stores a session token in your browser, which is needed for the dashboard to work.
